Yesterday I had the pleasure of hopping on the phone with Devin, the owner and it doesn't get any better than that, he was able to walk me through some troubleshooting with my HVAC unit, he was kind, courteous, and verbally held my hand through the entire process, trying to fix my AC unit and get it up and running. Recently I have had multiple issues with the furnace at a rental property and the furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the season - the owner, Devon, came out promptly first thing in the morning knowing I have had several issues, diagnosed an issue, took the parts to his shop was able to get parts changed out even though bolts were rusted on, etc and had the furnace back up and running within a matter of 3 hours max. Very impressed with this company! Called with a furnace issue (and of course it's snowing and 28 outside) and Grindstone Heating & Cooling put me to top of the list! My tech Tyler arrived within 1/2 hr of my call, got right to work and had my problem resolved quickly! On 11/21 they were able to fit us in, instead of on 12/1. It took Kyle 5 minutes to find the issue with our furnace. The part is ordered and will possibly be fixed next week.
